Known as “The Golden Crescent” for its crescent-shaped waterways and revered for its healing waters, Spring Bayou has always had a magnetic pull. In the late 1800s, the nation’s wealthy began to winter here, living in gracious Victorian homes on old red brick streets. The Victorian-era homes that still line the banks of the bayou today have interesting stories to tell. Patrons will also enjoy the opening of the Heritage Museum’s new Golden Crescent exhibit and walking tour. Nibble on coffee and donuts, on us!
