The City of Tarpon Springs’ Cultural and Civic Services Department is proud to unveil a new, free community event called The Art of Health set to debut Saturday, March 28, 2020, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM in Craig Park, 5 Beekman Lane, Tarpon Springs, 34689. The event will highlight the unique ways the arts impact an individual’s health and wellbeing. From a veteran’s PTSD to a student’s academic achievements to the positive effect of dance on those with autism or Parkinson’s disease to the burden of stress which adversely impacts people of all ages – the arts have played an important, positive role. This event will educate and celebrate it. The inaugural event is co-presented by Tarpon Arts, AdventHealth North Pinellas and Peace4Tarpon.
