Fred Hearns, Curator of Black History at the Tampa Bay History Center, presents an enlightening talk on the development of Tampa’s first Black History Museum, set to open in 2027 in the historic St. James Episcopal Church. Learn how this long-overdue cultural landmark is taking shape in the heart of the Encore District.
