1.    What should I do if I had tickets to an event that has been impacted:


Donate the value of the ticket: Please consider supporting the performing arts during this challenging time by donating the value of your tickets.
Exchange: Tickets may be exchanged for a gift certificate to be used at a future performance of your choice.
Refund: Refunds can be requested for performances that have been cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control.

3.    What precautions is Tarpon Arts taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?


State and local government mask, social distancing and seating capacity requirements will be followed:
·        Masks will be required by patrons, staff and volunteers.
·        Social distancing will be practiced.
·        Only members of the same household will be seated together. Seating will be assigned in order of ticket purchase and spaced 6 ft. apart.
Disinfection and sanitation of all general use and highly touched surfaces before, during and after performances.
Hand sanitizer stations provided throughout the building.
Employees and volunteers trained on safety plan.
Symptom checks upon entry to the building:

·        Temperature check before entering building. Anyone with a temperature over 100 will not be permitted entry.

We will comply with current State, County and City guidelines. We have one of the best performance line-ups guaranteed to delight you! At Tarpon Arts, we’ve always been proud to provide quality entertainment at affordable prices, while offering our guests superlative customer service.
